Ideal for corporate retreats, planning sessions and training classes, the Carmel Valley Lodge has hosted important meetings for over 20 years. AT&T, 3Com, Pacific Bell among others have utilized this planned conference retreat to host successful meetings. Designed with the assistance of meeting planner members of the American Society for Training and Development, the Lodge's two main meeting rooms feature amenities rarely found in luxury hotels many times the size. Some of our conference facility amenities include:

  • The 1,200-square-foot Conference Center divides into two rooms with a soundproof wall. Amenities include: Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access, oversized deck and patio for outside dining and breaks, executive arm chairs, fluorescent and incandescent lighting with dimmers, total climate control, massive stone fireplace, rough-hewn lodge-style beams and cedar walls, blackout drapes, complete catering facilities, audiovisual services, professional on-site conference services manager, and magnificent views of the valley and mountains
  • The Outback meeting room, separate from the Conference Center, accommodates up to 16 `
  • Four two-bedroom cottages ideal for break-outs or smaller meetings
