• Daily room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• Each additional adult $15.
• Family Plan: No charge for children under 12 sharing same room as parent(s) or guardian(s).
• Rollaway beds and cribs are available at no charge.
• Two night minimum stay on most weekends.
• Minimum stays may be required for holidays and special events.
• Pet policy: Up to two dogs allowed in each room at $10 per dog per day.
• Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
• Checkout time is noon.
• All rates are subject to 10.5% room tax.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or check deposit at time of reservation.
• Deposit is for one night's stay plus tax.
• Credit card deposits will be charged at time of your reservation. Check deposits are due 10 days from the date of making reservation or reservation may be cancelled.
• Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date. One night's deposit will be retained if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival date.
• Rates are subject to availability and exclusive of all holidays and special event periods.
• Rates may change without notice. Group rates are available upon request. All non-discounted rates are commissionable to authorized travel agents.
