Enlightened Yoga Retreat

Yoga Retreats are scheduled for 3-consecutive days, Wednesdays through Sundays.
- Start your enlightened journey on Day-1 with an early, 12pm check-in
- Dinner is on your own, after which you’ll attend a “welcome reception” in our Sans Souci Event Center from 7:30pm to 9:30pm where you’ll receive a special gift
- Wake on Day-2 refreshed after a great night’s sleep in a comfy room and join us for breakfast from 8:00am to 10:00am
- Our first Yoga session will be in a local nature spot from 10:30am to 12:00pm
- From 1:00pm to 4:00pm, your group will enjoy one of the following activities (chosen in advance):
- Guided Garland Park Hike, or
- “Intentions” Candle making
- Dinner on the Event Center patio is from 6:00pm to 7:30pm and followed by an,
- 8:00pm Candle Meditation
- Morning of Day-3 starts with breakfast from 8:00am to 10:00am followed by a yoga session from 10:30 to 11:45
- Closing Circle is from 11:45am to 12:30pm
